Nexpro Inventory (Web)

Nexpro is Nexure Lab's in-house ERP platform, built around a single shared catalogue and ledger that every module reads from and writes to. A KPI-driven dashboard surfaces sales, orders, purchases, receivables/payables, top products, and low-stock alerts at a glance, filterable by date, party, product, or warehouse. Role and permission management is granular down to individual routes, so a "Cashier" role can be scoped to the POS terminal alone while an "Accountant" role sees only accounting screens.

The catalogue system supports units of measure with conversion factors, categories, brands, and products with variants, barcodes, and bulk CSV/Excel/JSON import-export matched by SKU. Multi-warehouse inventory tracks stock transfers and adjustments with a full audit trail, while purchasing and sales workflows (including returns) post directly to accounting once finalized, every posted transaction automatically generates a balanced journal entry, with system ledgers pre-configured out of the box (Cash, Bank, Receivable/Payable, Inventory, Sales, COGS). Financial reporting covers Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and per-ledger statements.

A dedicated full-screen POS terminal supports barcode/camera scanning, variant picking, per-item and cart-level discounts, held/recalled orders, and Cash/Bank/MFS payment with automatic change calculation and till reconciliation reporting.

The eCommerce module shares the same product catalogue as the in-store system in real time, any product created in Inventory is automatically sellable online, subject to status and stock. Storefront management covers order fulfillment (status timelines, payment recording, packing slips), coupons, bundle/combo promotions, homepage sliders and curated sections, custom content pages, footer builder, full site branding settings, marketing pixel injection (Meta, GA, GTM, TikTok, custom scripts), and review moderation.
